Find answers to the most common questions about the Ear Seeds Mastery Certific
I'm not a health professional. Can I still take the certification?
Yes. Ear seeds are non-invasive and don't enter the body or puncture the skin, so there are currently no licensing laws surrounding their use. As a result, individuals without a healthcare background can take our course to expand their knowledge for personal and familial reasons. Additionally, those who complete the course may choose to start a business or practice based on what they've learned.
Do I need a board certification and licensing to practice in my state?
No. Auriculotherapy with a non-invasive technique like ear seeds, or ear acupressure, is not regulated by a national certification board nor is it regulated at the state level in the United States. At this time there is no special licensing required to practice ear seeding in the United States. It is recommended that you do your due diligence to check your local regulations through a body such as the state DIVISION OF OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES to see if there are any special requirements beyond getting your business license in your city.
What is your refund policy?
After enrolling in the program, you'll have 7 days to request a refund (“Refund Period”). You'll be able to attend several classes in this time to make sure this program is a good fit for you. The amount you paid for the Program will be refunded back to your card less a 8% processing fee.
All fees after the Refund Period are non-refundable you're responsible for the full payment of the Program.
What are the optional CEUs, and do I need them?
CEUs are optional and not required to complete the certification.
The $50 CEU documentation fee covers administrative processing and reporting for those who need continuing education credit for licensure.
30 CEUs approved by the California Acupuncture Board
28 CEs approved by NCBTMB (massage therapists)
If you don’t need CEUs, you can skip this entirely.
How long does the certification take to complete?
Most students move through the certification over about six months, spending roughly two hours per week. Because the training is fully on-demand, you can take your time or move more quickly — whatever best supports your life, workload, and learning pace.
How long do I have access to the program?
You’ll receive ongoing access to the training and resources so you can return to the material whenever you need it.
Are the classes held live?
All the classes are pre-recorded. Upon signing up you'll unlock all the course modules and can and access the lessons in our membership site for flexible learning.
